Atmos was contracted by GCS|SIGAL to oversee compliance consulting, monitoring, and reporting services for their rehabilitation of 190 apartments for Capital Realty Group at the Woodberry Village Apartments in Washington, DC.
The Atmos Compliance Team ensured adherence to multifaceted regulatory mandates from the Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD), the Department of Employment Services (DOES), and the Office of Apprenticeship Information and Training (OAIT). Some of these requirements included 35% Small Business Enterprise/Certified Business Enterprise (SBE/CBE) participation, First Source Law Compliance, and apprentice hour tracking.
