Aziz Zaki
Director of Preconstruction
Aziz Zaki leads the construction estimating department, working with our subcontractor network to understand scopes and bidding requirements. Mr. Zaki holds a BS in Civil Engineering and has over 14 years of industry experience delivering civil engineering and construction projects in the U.S. and overseas for a variety of government agencies. He is a certified building inspector and he has multiple certifications through the Washington Area Council of Engineering Laboratories (WACEL).

Brian Butler
Vice President of Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Brian Butler brings 22 years of design/build construction expertise and provides oversight, direction, and technical support to the Atmos construction, consulting, and compliance division leaders, subject matter experts (SME) and staff.

Esmond Mendez
Senior Vice President of Operations
Esmond Mendez is the Senior Vice President of Operations for Atmos, bringing more than 30 years of project management, construction, design-build, and environmental experience to every project. His experience delivering a variety of projects for the District of Columbia and organizations throughout the Mid-Atlantic region dates back to 1991, bringing a strong understanding of local government expectations and code policies.
