John Tabella, PG, LEED AP
Senior Vice President, Federal Programs
John Tabella is the SVP of Federal Programs for Atmos, leading client relations, contract negotiation, and project budgeting for environmental, IH, engineering, and remediation projects. As a licensed Professional Geologist, he also serves as a subject matter expert (SME) across levels of the Atmos team in the areas of compliance, permitting, due diligence, demolition, abatement management and technology services such as automation, remote monitoring and testing.

As Vice President of Operations, Brian Butler brings 22 years of design/build construction expertise and provides oversight, direction, and technical support to the Atmos construction, consulting, and compliance division leaders, subject matter experts (SME) and staff.

Program Manager
As an Environmental Program Manager, G.B. Ekanayake supervises the daily onsite activities including overall progress of projects, scheduling of workers and overseeing the delivery of equipment and materials to ensure contractual and safety compliance.
